How to write a service page that converts

A reliable order for service page content: problem, offer, proof, price context, next step.

By Micheal Baptiste · Published · Updated · 2 min read

Most service pages describe the company. The pages that convert describe the customer's situation and what happens next.

Open with the situation, not the history

Name the problem in the customer's own words within the first two lines. Company history, founding year, and values can appear further down where they support trust rather than delay the answer.

Answer price before they leave to ask

A range, a starting figure, or an explanation of what changes the price. Pages that avoid the topic entirely lose the visitors who would have accepted the number.

End with one next step

One form or one call button, repeated at the top and bottom. Two competing actions split attention and make the page harder to improve later.
