The first ninety days of marketing
Audit, fix tracking, sharpen the offer, then spend. The order is the strategy.

Nearly every engagement we run follows the same order, because doing it out of order is what makes marketing feel unpredictable.
Weeks one and two: look before touching
Traffic, enquiries, close rate, site behaviour, and past campaigns. The audit almost always finds one fixable leak worth more than a new channel.
Weeks three to six: tracking and offer
Verify every conversion by hand, then tighten the offer and the page it lands on. Both are cheap and both multiply everything that comes after.
Weeks seven to twelve: spend and learn
Launch narrowly, review weekly against the baseline, and keep the record of what changed. By day ninety you should know which lever to pull next.
